I have spent my life training to work my magic in an office. Years in college followed by many more in graduate school led to my dream job at the only company I applied for because it was the only company I wanted to work at.
With years of experience I have a job I love, a family I love, a life I love, and neck and back pain that I could do without. Sitting so many hours a day can take its toll on the best of us, and although I hate to admit it, my sedentary lifestyle is not doing my back or my steadily increasing backside any favors.
I decided it’s time to put my big girl panties on, and make a change. I’m hoping the payback will be greater health and wellness for both the work-life and home-life, and to share what I learn with anyone else who spends a lot of time sitting and could benefit from this knowledge.
